Mr. G K Satish, Chairman

Mr.Govind Kottieth Satish took over as Chairman of Green Gas Limited on 27th September, 2016. Mr. G.K. Satish is the Director (Planning & Business Development) of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IndianOil), India’s largest Company and the top Indian Corporat;e in the prestigious Fortune ‘Global 500’ listing of world’s largest companies.
As the Director (Planning & Business Development), Mr. Satish is in charge of IndianOil’s Petrochemicals, Natural Gas, Exploration & Production, Overseas Business and Renewable Energy business verticals, besides Corporate Planning.

A Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surat, and a Post-Graduate in Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, Mr. Satish has over 30 years’ experience in IndianOil in the areas of Marketing Operations, Logistics, Shipping, Business Development, International Trade, Natural Gas Business and Human Resources. Mr. Satish is also IndianOil’s nominee Director on the Boards of Petronet LNG Ltd., which operates the LNG Import Terminals at Kochi & Dahej. He is also a Director on the Boards of IndianOil’s associate companies overseas vizIndOil Global BV (Netherlands) & IndOil Montney Ltd. (Canada) and Tass India Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) & Vankor India Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), which have been setup for handling IndianOil’s upstream assets in Canada and Russia respectively. Mr. Satish has earlier been the non-executive Chairman of IndianOilAdani Gas Pvt. Ltd., which is developing CGD networks in various cities across the country, and also of IndianOil LNG Pvt. Ltd., which is setting up the LNG Import Terminal near Chennai, besides being Director on the Boards of GSPLIndia Gasnet Ltd.and GSPL India Transco Ltd., which are implementing cross-country natural gas pipelines in the country.


Mr. Jiledar, Managing Director

Shri Jiledar is B.Tech in Mechanical Stream from HBTI Kanpur. He did MBA in Marketing & International Executive Diploma in Project Management. He has more than 33 years of rich experience in Oil & Gas sector.He joined ONGC in 1984 and handled erection and commissioning of Oil Well Drilling Rigs (Asia’s deepest oil well) in Himachal Pradesh and J&K. He was instrumental in erection and commissioning of Asia’s first sour gas processing plant having units – GPU,GDU,SRU,LPG,CO-Gen Plant, ONGC Hazira, Off Site and Utilities.

After exposure in upstream sector, he joined GAIL in 1996 and handled project for mechanical erection & commission of Gail’s mega integrated Petrochemical Complex at Pata and after that he successfully handled its Operations & Maintenance and cross country Pipeline O&M.

Later, he joined the City Gas Distribution sector and handled more than 350 PNG industrial customers in Agra & Firozabad. He played a key role in checking the losses in the PNG-Industrial segment by utilizing his acumen and rich experience.

As a Project Manager, he did the mechanical completion of Kailaras Gas Compressor Station Project with the capital cost more than Rs.500 Crore. The said project is situated in the ravine of Chambal area in Madhya Pradesh.

Prior to joining Green Gas as MD, Shri Jiledar was handling GAIL’s Gas Processing Plant at Gandhar as Head of the Plant where he headed O&M of LPG plant & achieved highest operational efficiency with maintaining highest safety standard and zero IR issues.


Mr. A K Tiwari, Director

Shri Anjani Kumar Tiwari, Executive Director (F&A ) in GAIL (India) Limited is Cost Accountant by Professional Qualification. He joined GAIL in the year 1995 as Manager(F&A) . Prior to joining GAIL, he also served National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVNL) and Cawanpore Chemicals , Kanpur .
He has rich experience of nearly 35 years in the areas of Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Taxation ,Treasury, Capital Budgetingetc. During GAIL he served as HoD of Project Finance , O&M , E&P , HVJ , JLPL activities and Corporate Finance activities . He also served as Chief Finance Officer in Brahmaputra Cracker& Polymer Limited (BCPL) , Assam having Rs. 10000 crore investment . In addition to the system development the Financial Closure was completed in BCPL.
He is active member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and The Institute of Directors .
Currently Shri Tiwari HoD( F&A ) of Corporate Finance of GAIL ( India ) Limited a Maharatna PSU .
He is avid reader and poet by nature .


Mr. B.A. Reddy, Director (Commercial)

Mr. B.Anand Reddy has completed his B.E(Civil) from NIT Surathkal and M.Tech in Hydraulics and Water Resources from IIT Chennai.

He joined Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Marketing Division in 1987 and has 28 years of rich experience in Engineering, Operations and LPG Marketing at various locations of Indian Oil Corporation across the country. He has handled wide range of responsibilities including heading Oil Storage and distribution Depot at Ongole in A.P., and also headed the LPG Area offices at Vijayawada and Allahabad.

As Area Manager he has ensured network expansion to facilitate LPG to the door steps of rural masses . Achieved Industrial and Commercial LPG business growth to improve margins for the company.

He was instrumental in setting up Auto LPG stations in Hyderabad , Tirupati and Vizag in the unified state of Andhra Pradesh during his tenure as in-charge of LPG Engineering .Was also responsible for the expansion of LPG Bottling plants at Hyderabad , Vijayawada, Kadapa and Vizag in Andhra Pradesh .

Hobbies include reading books and listening to music.


Prof. Deepak Kunzru, Director

Prof. Deepak Kunzru is Emeritus Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He received his B.Tech. fromI.I.T.Kanpur in 1968 , and Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1972.He has been a faculty at I.I.T.Kanpur since 1974.His main research interests are in the area of microstructured reactors, chemical reaction engineering, pyrolysis of hydrocarbons and petroleum processing. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed international journals and has edited one book.His current research focuses on the use of monolithic reactors for gas-liquid reactions andsteam reforming of methane, production of hydrogen from ethanol in microchannel reactors and the development of catalysts for hydrodesulfurization.

Professor Kunzru has served as Dean,Resource Planning and Generation (2000-2002) and Dean, Research & Development (2002-2005) at I.I.T.Kanpur and as expert in several national committees. Presently, he is a member of the Board of Governors, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology and Research Advisory Committee of HPCL R&D Centre. He has been elected as Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (2002) and the National Academy of Sciences, Allahabad (2009), and has been a recipient of the Herdillia Award, IIChE(1992), Kuloor Memorial Award, IIChE (1999) and the G.M. Abhyankar Memorial Distinguished Fellowship in Chemical Engineering, Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai for 2010-2011.


Mr. Narendra Singh Director

Mr. Narendra Singh born in Nov 1951 at Lucknow, educated at La Martiniere Collage Lucknow and Allahabad University Shri Narendra Singh is one of the latest entrants to our Board of Directors where he has joined as an Independent Director. He belongs to the Indian Audit and Accounts Service and has superannuated from the post of Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India in November 2011. He has served in various capacities and has wide experience in the field of auditing and accounting of Goverment Departments. He has travelled extensively extensively both within the country and abroad. His interests include Reading and Music.
